Information you provide
We process information you submit, such as your email address, business questions, conversation transcript and uploaded files. Where a voice feature is available and you choose to use it, audio or transcripts may also be processed. Do not send card numbers, passwords, verification codes, full bank details or government identifiers.
Website storage and referral attribution
The website uses browser storage to remember preferences and continue consultations. A consultant’s referral link can set a cookie that binds the consultation to that consultant. Quote and confirmed sales records may be attributed to that consultant for internal reporting. Technical request information is also processed to operate the website and prevent abuse. Clearing browser storage may interrupt saved preferences or consultation continuity.
Google Maps and external links
The embedded map loads content from Google. Loading it sends a request to Google, which handles that request under its own privacy policy. Links to Google reviews and other external websites take you to services governed by their respective policies.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your questions, recommend POS and payment options, email your consultation record, continue the same consultation and protect the service from abuse. Consultation emails are not permission to add you to a marketing list.
AI and service providers
Your consultation may be processed by artificial-intelligence, hosting, email and security providers acting for P-LINK. Automated recommendations are informational; a person reviews final rates, contracts, applications and sensitive matters.
Retention and safeguards
We retain consultation information only as long as reasonably needed for the consultation, legal obligations, security and dispute handling. We use access controls and appropriate technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Consent and purpose
We ask for information only for clear purposes shown at the time of collection, such as providing a consultation, sending the requested transcript, continuing an email conversation, improving the knowledge base or protecting the service. Optional marketing communications require separate consent where required.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your consultation information, withdraw consent for future processing, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hi@plinkpos.com. Some records may be retained where legally required. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
